A lot can be resolved in these 90-minute sessions! Each appointment includes time to talk about your goals and challenges as we set the intention for the rest of the session. Next, you will be guided to relax and receive higher frequencies of energy for the purpose of clearing stagnant blocks, supporting a healthy flow of chi (life-force energy), and reducing stress. Upon completion, ensuring your chakras are balanced and your energy is grounded and clear, you will have time to talk about how you feel and integrate any insights. This experience is tailored to your personal intent and can be customized to cover anything from aura clearing to inner-child or ancestral healing.
